New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Fire Engineering) (Level 6)
The New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Fire Engineering) (Level 6) is designed for people working in or planning a career in fire engineering at a technician level.
The IFE New Zealand Branch initiated work on the Fire Engineering Diploma a number of years ago after recognising the need for formal qualifications in fire engineering at this level. Last year the development began on the Diploma by the Open Polytechnic which is now successfully running and is proving to be extremely popular.
